Bookings for all services and treatments are subject to a non-refundable deposit payment at the time of making the reservation. This deposit will be deductible from your final balance. The remaining balance will and can be paid during your appointment.
To secure your booking:
- Cut and/or Blowdry: £10
- Colour & Highlights: £30
- Treatments: £30
- Perms & Relaxer: £25
- Booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit of payment.
- If the service has been provided and full payment has not been sent, the deposit will be non-refundable.
SALON CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event that you wish to cancel an appointment, we will refund any deposit paid provided that you notify us of your intention to cancel at minimum 48 hours before your appointment.
If you miss your appointment or provide us with less than 48 hours' notice of your intention to cancel, your deposit will not be refunded. If you keep missing your appointment or reschedule more than 3 times, then you will also accept the loss of your deposit.
In exceptional circumstances, we may need to rearrange or cancel your booking. In such circumstances, we will liaise with you to arrange a new appointment or treatment at a convenient time.
HOW TO PAY:
We accept bank transfers as well as cash payments. For bank transfers, we will send you a link to the payment by email or text/DM. After payment is received, you will receive an email or a text/DM for your proof of receipt or acknowledgement. And your booking will be confirmed.

For colour appointments, we require clients to come in a few days prior (min 48 hours) to your colour appointment to do a patch/allergy test. If you are new to us or are an existing client without an up-to-date test, or if you feel you have become sensitised to anything, you must take a test. Your results will be recorded on our records.
